This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and FirstAidTraffic.com.

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.

Terms of Membership

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your FirstAidTraffic.com account(s), without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by FirstAidTraffic.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

Please note, FirstAidTraffic.com is not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in rotation. Please research all business opportunities before you join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business Bureau, and other consumer awareness organizations before you invest any amount of money! You join any program at your own risk.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and weekly updates from FirstAidTraffic.com to all email addresses on record.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to FirstAidTraffic.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. If you no longer wish to remain an upgraded member, please cancel your subscription via your processor of choice.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to free status), regardless of the last successful payment date. FirstAidTraffic.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

Refund Policy: FirstAidTraffic.com will not issue any refunds for credits, upgrades or any other types of advertising purchased, or for failure to cancel services or subscriptions. It is the member's responsibility to cancel unwanted subscriptions at PayPal, AlertPay or other payment processors. No Exceptions.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related FirstAidTraffic.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

FirstAidTraffic.com reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for 6 consecutive months. Any existing cash, credits, or referrals in said account will be forfeited.
Requesting that we remove you from our mailing list will result in your account being deleted.

Members have the right to cancel their FirstAidTraffic.com membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits, cash and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation. To do this a link is provided at the end of system generated email messages from FirstAidTraffic.com, click the link and you will be taken to a web page where you may choose to be removed from just newsletters or the entire database.

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. This is a traffic exchange, the basic concept of this is to co-operate with other viewers. Please do not use or endorse this kind of cheat software. Please view your sites in full browser windows!

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using FirstAidTraffic.com. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. FirstAidTraffic.com is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

FirstAidTraffic.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following types of programs:

- Sites that contain extreme adult content
- Pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language, illegal content.
- Sites promoting HYIP programs
- All auto surf programs
- All investment surfs, gambling
- Paid-to-click, paid-to-read, and paid-to-promote programs
- Randomizer programs
- Any other program which FirstAidTraffic.com deems inappropriate.

If any of these types of sites are found in the exchange, FirstAidTraffic.com reserves the right to immediately suspend the site, and all credits assigned will be deleted from the account. The decision of FirstAidTraffic.com in these matters is final and not subject to debate.

Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if they contain the following:

- More than one (1) pop-up window
- The ability to break out of the surf frame
- Overall content based on a language other than English

Only one account per user or IP address is permitted. Unless you received prior written permission from FirstAidTraffic.com, you may only register for one FirstAidTraffic.com account.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.

FirstAidTraffic.com reserves the right to change, alter, or add to these terms and conditions as well as discontinue our services at any time.

Member Statement:
I have thoroughly read and understand the FirstAidTraffic.com terms and conditions. In joining and/or purchasing a FirstAidTraffic.com membership and/or credits I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.
